You may have read online that the water turns brown even if you don't put your feet in. This is 100% true! The base orange/brown color is simply the natural oxidation of the metal array reacting with the minerals in the water. We don't hide this fact.

2. So, where is the actual Detox?
The magic isn't the rusty water; it's the Ionic Field (the bubbles). The machine generates a powerful field of negative ions. As you soak, your body absorbs these negative ions, which bind to and neutralize positively charged toxins inside your body.

Question 1: Did you add any salt to the water?

The Logic: It is highly probable that your local tap water naturally contains heavy minerals (Hard Water). When combined with the recommended amount of salt, the total conductivity exceeds the safety limit, triggering the auto shut-off.

Trial 1: The Zero Salt Test
Empty the basin completely. Refill with fresh warm water and ZERO salt. Press "ON".
Did it turn off again? Go to Trial 2.
Trial 2: The Hardware Test
Unplug the Array and connect the 2nd Spare Array included in your box. Press "ON".
Did it turn off again? Go to Trial 3.
Trial 3: The Hard Water Test
Mix 50% Tap Water with 50% Distilled/Bottled Water to dilute the minerals. Press "ON".

Hard Water Detected

The Logic: If you didn't add salt, your local tap water has naturally high levels of heavy minerals. These act just like salt, conducting so much electricity that it triggers the safety shut-off instantly.

Trial 1: The Hardware Test
Unplug the Array and connect the 2nd Spare Array included in your box before buying different water. Press "ON".
Did it turn off again? Go to Trial 2.
Trial 2: Dilute the Water
Mix 50% Tap Water with 50% Distilled/Bottled Water. Run the machine with NO salt. Press "ON".

Light is ON, No Color Change

The Logic: If the light is on but there is no reaction in the water, the electrical current isn't flowing optimally. This usually happens for two reasons: your local water is too "soft" (lacks natural minerals), or there is an issue with the array.

Trial 1: The Conductivity Booster
Add 1 to 2 scoops of regular Table Salt to the water. Table salt acts as a necessary booster to start the reaction immediately. Press "ON".
Still no reaction? Go to Trial 2.
Trial 2: The Hardware Test
Unplug the current array and connect the 2nd Spare Array included in your box. Press "ON".

NO. Individuals with pacemakers, organ implants, or epilepsy must strictly avoid using electromagnetic devices.

Why do I need two types of salt?
The Epsom salt provides the therapeutic detox benefits. The regular Table Salt acts purely as an electrical conductor (a "booster") to start the machine's reaction if your tap water is too soft.
