The Science of Ionic Detox
1. The Color Myth Explained
You may have read online that the water turns brown even if you don't put your feet in. This is 100% true! The base orange/brown color is simply the natural oxidation of the metal array reacting with the minerals in the water. We don't hide this fact.
2. So, where is the actual Detox?
The magic isn't the rusty water; it's the Ionic Field (the bubbles). The machine's real job is to generate a powerful field of negative ions. Your feet have over 4,000 large pores. As you soak, your body absorbs these negative ions, which bind to and neutralize positively charged toxins (free radicals) inside your body.
3. The Internal Cleanse
While some cellular debris, oils, and heavy metals do get pulled out into the basin, the most important part of the detox happens inside you. The ionic exchange stimulates your lymphatic system, allowing your body to naturally flush out toxins over the next 24 to 48 hours.
Constant Beeping / 4000 PPb
Why this happens: "4000" is the maximum safety limit. The alarm goes off because the electrical conductivity in the water is too high, and the machine stops to protect itself and you.
Salt Measurement Check
Too Much Salt
The Logic: Regular kitchen spoons are up to 5 times larger than our precise measuring scoop. You added way too much salt, causing a massive spike in conductivity.
Fix: Empty the water completely. Refill with fresh water and ONLY use the small scoop provided in your kit.
1. Empty the water and try with ZERO salt.
2. If it fails with zero salt, test the 2nd Spare Array.
3. If that fails, mix your water with 50% distilled water.
Excess Conductivity
The Logic: Even using our small measuring scoop, your local water likely already has high natural conductivity. Adding the salt pushed it past the safety limit.
Empty the basin completely. Refill with fresh warm water and turn the machine on with ZERO salt.
If it still beeps with zero salt, the Array might have a short circuit. Unplug it and test the 2nd Spare Array included in your box.
Your tap water is extremely mineral-rich. Mix 50% Tap Water with 50% Distilled/Bottled Water to dilute the minerals.
Hard Water Check
Hard Water Detected
The Logic: Your local tap water has naturally high levels of heavy minerals. These act just like salt, conducting so much electricity that it triggers the alarm instantly, even with no salt added.
The Array might have a short circuit. Unplug it and test the 2nd Spare Array included in your box before buying different water.
Mix 50% Tap Water with 50% Distilled/Bottled Water. Run the machine with NO salt.
Hardware Isolation Test
The Logic: If the machine beeps with plain water and no salt, the metal plates inside the Array (coil) might be touching, creating a short circuit.
The Fix: Unplug the current array. Plug in the 2nd Spare Array included in your Ultimate kit and test it with plain water.
Water is Pale / Low PPb
The Machine is Working!
The Logic: Pure Epsom salt (Magnesium Sulfate) is non-corrosive. It creates a powerful ionic field (the bubbles) for your internal detox, but does NOT oxidize the metal array rapidly. Therefore, the water stays pale.
A pale/yellowish color with bubbles means your detox is running perfectly and safely. The real cleanse is happening inside your body!
Water Purity Check
Water is Too Clean
The Logic: Filtered systems remove all minerals. Pure water has zero conductivity, meaning the electricity cannot travel from the array to you. The circuit is broken.
The Fix: Switch to regular Tap Water and add 3 scoops of Epsom salt to restore conductivity.
Check your wristband connection (apply lotion to the wrist) or test the 2nd Spare Array to rule out hardware issues.
Connection Issue
The Logic: The circuit is not closing properly.
Wristband Stinging
Why this happens: This is not a burn. Your body is part of the electrical circuit. If your skin under the metal plate is dry, it acts as an insulator (creating resistance). The electricity is forced to travel through tiny sweat pores, causing a concentrated pinch or sting.
Safety & Rules
Can I use this with a Pacemaker?
NO. Individuals with pacemakers, organ implants, or epilepsy must strictly avoid using electromagnetic devices, as the electrical circuit can interfere with medical equipment.
Should I use Table Salt?
NO. Only use the provided Epsom Salt. Table salt contains chlorine, which acts as a highly corrosive agent. It will artificially turn the water dark brown (by rusting the metal) and degrade your Array twice as fast.
