PROCESSING TIME
All orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of purchase (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the contiguous United States.

SHIPPING RATES
Orders under $100: standard shipping rates apply at checkout.

DELIVERY TIMES
Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (rates calculated at checkout)

TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

We currently ship within the United States only.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us at support@vitalvibes-store.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
