This is a high quality Red Light Therapy mask. I had been looking for one for a while. This one seems to have plenty of red lights in it, 432 to be exact. It is pretty cool to be able to have eight different light modes, although I looked at all of them, I primarily use the red light. For me, the Velcro straps for the upper part of the mask could be a bit longer, but I can figure out a way to add on a little bit more with some extra Velcro. It's not a dealbreaker. The controller is pretty easy to use without needing to look to the instruction booklet for each move. It is easy to just decide on how many minutes you want to use it for, set it, and sit there and relax until it turns itself off. The mask is comfortable to wear, and easy to wipe down to clean as needed.I wish this mask came with a storage pouch of some kind. At this point I just try to put it back in the box and prop it up in my closet. I'll figure something out in terms of a storage situation soon. It will have to be a bit firm so the mask doesn't get bent up.As far as results, I feel like I see results. I am over 50 years old, and spent a lot of time in the sun without sunscreen in my youth. Any progress I can detect, I will take it. I look at the pores on the side of my nose and it looks better there. So I will continue to use this comfortable mask and the collagen spray serum afterwards.
