Charge the controller to 100% with the included USB-C cable before your first session. Do not use the mask while it is connected to a charger, a power bank or a computer.

1. Start with a clean, dry face and no makeup.
2. Insert the L and R eye sockets into the mask.
3. Fasten the upper strap over the crown of your head and the lower strap behind your neck.
4. The mask should sit flush against your skin without being tight. Close your eyes and relax.

Do it once, a day before your first facial session.

1. Place the mask on your inner arm.
2. Run Mode R (red) at the highest intensity for 10 minutes.
3. Remove it and apply one spray of the Collagen Mist to the same area.
4. Watch the area for 2 hours. If you see no itching, burning or strong redness, you are ready for full-face use.

One session is 10 minutes, 3 to 4 times a week. After you see the results you want, 1 to 2 sessions a week keep things going. Do not go past 15 minutes in one session. More is not better.

Start at a lower intensity for the first sessions and build up as your skin feels comfortable.

Tap the arrow/color button to cycle through the 8 modes, including Red, Green, Blue, Cyan, Yellow, Purple, Laser and Mix, which cycles through all the colors. All modes work in combination with near-infrared light for deeper penetration.

Yes. Use the mask on clean skin, spray the Collagen Mist right after the session, then continue with your usual moisturizer. If you use prescription skincare or recently had a procedure, ask your dermatologist first.

No. The skin quiz is a standalone guide. It does not connect to or control the mask. It suggests a routine, and you set the mode, intensity and time on the controller.

Wipe it with a damp cloth or a 70% alcohol wipe. The mask is not waterproof, so never rinse it or submerge it. It has delicate circuitry: never fold, squeeze or roll it. Store it flat in its original box.

Yes. Keep it flat in the rigid original box. Never fold it or pack it loose in a suitcase.

It is a 50 mL (1.67 fl oz) post-session mist with recombinant Type III collagen and hyaluronic acid. It is made for use right after an LED session, when your skin welcomes hydration and comfort.

1. Hold the bottle about 30 cm (12 in) from your face.
2. Close your eyes and spray a light, even layer on your face and neck.
3. Pat it in gently with your fingertips. Do not rub.
4. Once it is absorbed, apply your moisturizer.

Use it right after your mask session, or morning and evening as part of your daily routine.

No. The mask works on its own. The mist is an optional companion made to follow a session.

Most collagen in skincare comes from animals. Ours is made by biotech fermentation, using the human Type III collagen sequence as the blueprint. It is vegan and not animal-derived. Type III is the collagen most abundant in young, resilient skin.

The mist is a cosmetic. It hydrates, cools and comforts skin after a session, and leaves it feeling softer and looking smoother. With continued use, skin looks firmer and more elastic. Results vary from person to person.

Yes. A gentle warmth during a session is normal.

The mask is for adults only. Talk to your doctor before using it if you are pregnant, take medication that makes your skin sensitive to light, have a light-sensitive condition, have a history of skin cancer, or have any health condition that worries you. Stop using it if you feel unwell.

Start with the 24-hour sensitivity test, then begin with short sessions at a low intensity and build up slowly. If you have a diagnosed skin condition, check with your dermatologist first. Stop if your skin reacts.

Stop using the mask and the mist, and keep your routine simple. If it lasts or gets worse, see a doctor. Tell us what happened. We record every report.

Yes. The mask's device family has FDA 510(k) clearance number K243555 (Class II, over-the-counter). Cleared is not the same as approved. It means the FDA reviewed the device and found it substantially equivalent to devices already on the market, for specific uses.

The clearance covers three modes, for adults only:

• Red plus infrared light: treatment of full-face wrinkles.
• Blue light: treatment of mild to moderate inflammatory acne.
• Mixed light: treatment of mild to moderate inflammatory acne.

The other light colors on the mask are not covered by the clearance.
